Current formula
Up to AMD 500,000 per month the payment is 5%. Above AMD 500,000 it is 10% of salary minus AMD 25,000. A statutory maximum calculation base also applies.
State contribution
The state adds the amount prescribed by law, so the total credited to the pension account may exceed the deduction from the employee’s salary.
Example: AMD 700,000
Employee social payment: AMD 700,000 × 10% − AMD 25,000 = AMD 45,000.
